About.
HELLO! MY NAME IS AMBER ROGERS
Based in Atlanta, I am a Technical Writer with more than eight years of experience in technical documentation and process improvement. My portfolio includes a diverse range of projects across multiple industries.
As my career evolves, I am expanding my focus into Technical Business Analysis, combining my strengths in documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. I recently earned my Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification, further strengthening my understanding of Agile methodologies, product development, and stakeholder engagement.
I am passionate about continuous learning and consistently seek opportunities to grow my expertise through new technologies, processes, and innovative projects. Most recently, I contributed to an AI annotation project for LinkedIn, gaining experience supporting AI-driven content and data initiatives.

RECENT PROJECTS.
Take a peek at some of my projects. Please note that materials from Boeing and Google can not be shared due to data classification restrictions.
This sample is from a user manual for Empire Comfort Systems. I used Adobe InDesign for the formatting and collaborated with the engineers to write the procedures for the wiring. I also collaborated with the drafters and went beyond my job duties to learn new software (CorelDraw) so that I could revise and manipulate the graphic for increased user satisfaction.
This is a personal project that I completed and added to GitHub to exemplify my knowledge of Python. It matches a mood selection to a perfume suggestions. It was done in two techniques; first using GUI visualization pop-ups and also by getting value from user in command line interface. https://github.com/amberchantell
This is a writing sample for Weir Minerals. The software that I used to complete this was Adobe FrameMaker. I was able to write this using new information from interviews with SMEs, a style guide and also information from a previous manual. I decided to put this information into a table to organize the information more efficiently.
